Welcome to Cogny! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Codexo SAS, a company based in Compiegne, France ("Codexo," "we," or "us"). - Account Creation: Users can create an account on Cogny only with an invite. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are solely responsible for any activity occurring under your account.

- Content Ownership: Users retain ownership of the documents and data they upload to Cogny. Codexo claims no ownership over user-generated content.
- Use of User Content: By using Cogny, you grant Codexo a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Cogny for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
